Here at Silhouette Bridal, we know wedding planning can be a lot to handle. We also know shopping for your wedding gown can seem intimidating from the outside looking in. Our team is dedicated to making the process not only easy - but FUN! Remember that you can also call us anytime to talk out any worries or concerns you have.
Are appointments required?
Yes, Silhouette Bridal strongly encourages all brides to schedule an appointment to try on gowns and accessories. Booking an appointment will ensure that you will have a consultant ready to assist. Our boutique strives to provide quality service to brides and ensure they experience the full extent of their private appointment. However, walk-ins are welcome if there is availability.
How many guests can I bring to my appointment?
Brides are welcome to bring three-four guests to their appointment. If you require more, you are able to inquire about a private appointment!
How long are appointments?
Bridal appointments are 90 minutes. Accessory appointments are 30 minutes. Alteration appointments can range from 30 minutes to one hour.
Are alterations included?
No - like most bridal boutiques, our gowns are priced without alterations fees, they also do not include any other fees such as tax, custom or rush fees. We provide our brides with qualified bridal seamstresses with over 20 years of experience. We advise you to budget for quality alterations on your gown. As alterations are a separate service, you of course can see the seamstress of your choosing to complete your alterations.
What is our price range?
Our collections start at $1,600 and goes up to $8,000. The vast majority of our gowns are $1800-$3000, but we have gowns that are more, and some that are less. We also have a sample section where gowns can be purchased for $799 and up.
What do I need to bring to my appointment?
It is recommended to bring inspirational photos of gowns to show to your stylist. Please browse our website, and Instagram @Silhouette_bridal, before your appointment. We recommend wearing seamless nude undergarments and shape-wear.
What is the payment policy?
Gowns that are Special orders require a minimum deposit of 65% of the total. We do have monthly layaway options for off-the-rack gowns, starting at a minimum deposit of 35%.
How long do bridal gowns take to arrive?
Bridal gowns take approximately 6-8 months to arrive after the order has been placed. Select designers offer expedited shipping on specific dresses. Brides with urgent wear dates can purchase select gowns from stock if a rush order option is unavailable.
